What is muscle cramp?
A muscle cramp is a sudden, involuntary contraction or tightening of one or more muscles. Sometimes called a charley horse, a muscle cramp can be very painful.
Most of the muscle cramp we experience is usually:
- Cramps that have no clear cause, which tend to occur when the muscle is relaxed (typically at night)
- Cramps that occur during or after exercise
What should we do?
Prevention
The best way to deal with muscle cramps is to prevent them from happening in the first place by:
I)-Do stretching before, after exercise and even before bed
II)-Drink plenty of water
III)-Have supplement like potassium, magnesium if these electrolytes are low in your body or foods rich in potassium like banana, etc.

3. Stretching exercises
