Welcome to Your Physio Ampang
Our Physio will first provide a detailed assessment for each patient according to their conditions to fully understand the problems in depth before starting the treatment.
We treat every patient with genuine care as we understand the difficulty of going through the pain. Nothing makes us more happy than seeing our patients feel relieved and joyful again after the recovery!
Back pain is a common condition among our patient. Our Physio will help in releasing the tight muscle, stiff joints, correct back posture and strengthen weak muscle.
Most people will experience neck pain at some point in their lives. Examples of common conditions include neck strain, poor posture and herniated disc. We can help in correcting spine mobility, neck posture, muscle imbalance and spasm.
Shoulder joint is flexible and mobile as compared to other joints. However, it is also vulnerable and susceptible to injuries. Shoulder pain treatment includes soft tissue manipulation, stretching, joint mobilisation and muscle strengthening.
Wrist pain can be caused by repetitive motions, injuries or other problem. Our physio will perform neural mobilisation, joint mobilisation and needling to reduce the pain.
Knee pain is a problem that affects people at all ages including osteoarthritis, ACL tear, meniscus injuries, patellar tendinitis and fracture. We will help in the rehabilitation of knee, control and movement of the knee.
Ankle is the joint where the leg and foot meet. Ankle pain is commonly due to ankle sprain but can also be caused by ankle instability, arthritis, gout, tendonitis and fracture.
Dry needling is a modern treatment technique using a single-use thin filament needle that helps to ease muscular pain. It is inserted into a muscle to release a myofascial trigger point (knots in the muscle) that help in decreasing pain and improving the muscle function.
Sports physiotherapy is a branch of physiotherapy where we treat conditions or injuries that are related to sports. Sports Physio helps athletes recover from sport injuries, plan exercise program and prevent recurrent of the conditions.
Scoliosis is a medical condition that shows sideways curvature of the spine that occurs most often during the growth spurt. The curves will be more noticeable over the upper and middle back but occasionally over the low back as well.

“Thank you very much Ms. Teh. I was having a constant pain at the neck and shoulder lower back four years ago. I went for major surgery for both conditions last year and this year in the thought of being pain-free. But I was still having pain even after the surgery. I came to Your Physio and now I am pain-free after doing physiotherapy. I’m very satisfied with the physio treatment in Your Physio and also the good and well organized service.“
“Zhi Ying was very well-versed with my physical issues. Cozy environment and professional service”
