Our Services

Back Pain

Back pain is one of the great human afflictions. Strong muscles and bones, flexible tendons and ligaments are sensitive nerves that bring you a healthy spine and back. If any of these structures are affected by strain, injury or diseases, it will cause you pain or discomfort. We as physio will help in releasing tight muscles, stiff joints, correct posture and strengthen weak muscles.

Neck Pain

Neck pain is a common complaint we get nowadays and most of us will have it at some point in our lives. Examples of common conditions are degenerative disc disease, neck strain, cervical spondylosis, poor posture and herniated disc. We can help in correcting spine mobility, posture, muscle imbalance and muscle spasm.

Shoulder Pain

Shoulder is one of the largest and most complex joint of our body. Shoulder joint is more flexible and mobile compared to other joints. However, it also makes it vulnerable and susceptible to injuries. Common treatments for shoulder pain are soft tissue manipulation, stretching, joint mobilization and muscle strengthening.

Wrist Pain

Wrist is a complex joint that bridges our hand to forearm by a collection of multiple bones, joints and ligaments. Wrist pain can be caused by repetitive motions, injuries or other problems. We as physio will perform neural mobilization, joint mobilization and needling to reduce the pain.

Knee Pain

Movements of the knee joint are essential to many daily activities like walking, running, sitting and standing. Knee pain is a problem that affects people at all ages including osteoarthritis, ACL tear, meniscus injuries, bursitis, patella tendinitis and fracture. Physio will help in rehabilitation of knee, control of the knee and movement of the knee.

Ankle Pain

Ankle if the joint where the leg and foot meet. Ligaments will connect the bones to one another, stabilize and support it while muscles and tendons move the joint. Ankle pain is commonly due to ankle sprain but can also be caused by ankle instability, arthritis, gout, tendonitis and fracture.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a modern treatment technique using a single-use thin filament needle that helps to ease muscular pain. It is inserted into a muscle to release a myofascial trigger point (knots in the muscle) that help in decreasing pain and improving function of the muscle. It is often used in combination with other techniques including manual therapy, stretching and exercise prescription.

Athletes normally require a high level of performance, intensify training to the muscle and body that helps them in their performance.
