We often get cramp on the calf especially during night time, or after doing exercises. The secret to reduce the risk of getting it is we have to always maintain the muscles flexibility and strength so that they are at their optimal function.

3. Perform twice daily

Soleus musle streth

1.Hold 20 seconds

2. Repeat 3 times

3. Perform twice daily

Calf raise exercise

1. Squeeze your buttock

2. Lift up your heels

3. Repeat 20 times

4. Perform once daily
