PS: just kidding
Feeling like your shoulder does not move as good as how it used to be? Try these moves to unlock your shoulder !!!
Horizontal abduction stretch
1. Cross your arm to the opposite shoulder.
2. Use other arm to hold/press the crossed shoulder till you feel a stretch on the back of the shoulder.
3. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat for 3 repetitions.
Back scratch stretch
1. Place 1 arm at the back from below and 1 arm from the top, pull both hand till you feel a stretch on the shoulder.
2. Ensure your body is straight at all times. (If you are unable to touch both hands, hold a towel.)
3. Hold 30 seconds, repeat for 3 reps.
Side bending strap
1. Hold a towel tautly and side bend to the side till you feel a stretch on the side.
2. Hold for 30 seconds, repeat for 3 sets for each side.
Puppy pose
1. Lean forward and bring your chest towards the floor with your arm up.
2. You should feel stretch on your shoulder.
3. Hold for 30 seconds, repeat for 3 reps.
