Our Physio will first provide a detailed assessment for each patient according to their conditions to fully understand the problems in depth before starting the treatment.

Your Physio – Treatment Under Strict Hygiene
1. We are closely following all advice received from KKM and Malaysia Physiotherapy Association and the World Health Organisation (WHO), to minimise risks concerned with COVID-19.
2. Our team maintains strict hygiene standards in the clinic, including proper hand sanitising procedures before, during and after treatment with each of the client.
3. We have high cleaning standards and stringent protocols in place at our clinics at all times and we have enhanced them by introducing additional antimicrobial sanitising of hard surfaces to reduce the risk of harmful virus and bacterial infections.
4. We provide COVID-19 Assessment form for each patient to fill in prior to treatment to prevent further spreading infections.
5. New wipes, bed liners & face covers are provided for each client and all hard surfaces of the bed are sanitised every hour each day.

Back Pain
Back pain is a common condition among our patient. Our Physio will help in releasing the tight muscle, stiff joints, correct back posture and strengthen weak muscle.
Neck Pain
Most people will experience neck pain at some point in their lives. Examples of common conditions include neck strain, poor posture and herniated disc. We can help in correcting spine mobility, neck posture, muscle imbalance and spasm.
Shoulder Pain
Shoulder joint is flexible and mobile as compared to other joints. However, it is also vulnerable and susceptible to injuries. Shoulder pain treatment includes soft tissue manipulation, stretching, joint mobilisation and muscle strengthening.
Wrist Pain
Wrist pain can be caused by repetitive motions, injuries or other problem. Our physio will perform neural mobilisation, joint mobilisation and needling to reduce the pain.
Knee Pain
Knee pain is a problem that affects people at all ages including osteoarthritis, ACL tear, meniscus injuries, patellar tendinitis and fracture. We will help in the rehabilitation of knee, control and movement of the knee.
Ankle Pain
Ankle is the joint where the leg and foot meet. Ankle pain is commonly due to ankle sprain but can also be caused by ankle instability, arthritis, gout, tendonitis and fracture.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is a modern treatment technique using a single-use thin filament needle that helps to ease muscular pain. It is inserted into a muscle to release a myofascial trigger point (knots in the muscle) that help in decreasing pain and improving the muscle function.
Sports Physiotherapy
Sports physiotherapy is a branch of physiotherapy where we treat conditions or injuries that are related to sports. Sports Physio helps athletes recover from sport injuries, plan exercise program and prevent recurrent of the conditions.
Scoliosis
Scoliosis is a medical condition that shows sideways curvature of the spine that occurs most often during the growth spurt. The curves will be more noticeable over the upper and middle back but occasionally over the low back as well.
