- Home Environment (such as even surface / lighting )
- Low blood pressure
- Altered sensation in the feet
- Footwear
Exercises to Prevent Falls
Balance and strengthening exercises help in reducing risk of fall :
- Improve muscle strength and flexibility
- Improve joint proprioception
- Improve balance
- Increase standing and walking endurance
