  • Low blood pressure
  • Altered sensation in the feet
  • Footwear


Exercises to Prevent Falls

Balance and strengthening exercises help in reducing risk of fall :

  • Improve muscle strength and flexibility
  • Improve joint proprioception
  • Improve balance
  • Increase standing and walking endurance
